Its a pain isn't it. At one time I was drinking between 2 and 3 gallons of water a day. Try that,I was in restroom more than I was working out.

I don't know if I could still move if I drank that much water. My Wing Chun classes probably wouldn't be possible anymore, I wouldn't be able to complete them without going to the bathroom.
