Oh no! Soda is going to make me die!!

Soda has many things about it that are bad. Coca-Cola specifically has Sodium levels tend to be high for the amounts your ingesting (75mg per 12 oz soda) (which cause the body to retain water...found that out 2 years ago from a doctor), Sugar levels (from High Frucose Corn syrup as some one pointed out earlier) are about 65g/ 12oz. Now a serving is 8 oz. To compare a Crunch bar (im eating one now hence why i am using it) has 23g of sugar and 40mg of sugar per serving. or 34.5g of sugar and 60mg of Sodium in one and a half servings the equivallent to what a bottle of soda is....Oh yeah and Coca-cola has phosperic acid in it. I assum almost all soda is similar so im not slaming Coca-cola.
