Rep Power: 41 | | | Two things will solve your problem.
High Intensity Interval Training -> Tabatas, using something other than push-ups and Situps. Your body has acclimated to them completely. You need new items. Try Lunges, Squats, Step Ups (stairs), Pull-Ups, Chins, Ab training, etc.
5-7 meals per day -> If you move from 3 to 5 meals per day (protien and veg/fruit based meals), you'll notice a rapid drop in bodyfat.

Rep Power: 41 | | | As I said earlier my PT regiment is just about completely controlled (even though if it were up to me Id be doing something similar to my original posts), but I can do the tabata's after Extra PT is over. Havent thought abou7t changing from Push-ups and situps. Just was thinking it could increase my PT score. I like the thrusters anyway it is definiatly a workout. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | At bare minimum I'd change that (constant push-ups and sit-ups). While it may help your PT score, it appears that is already plenty high.
Your body has adapted to them completely. You need some other form of bodyweight training to shock your system.
Have you looked at Bodyweightculture.com?
Plenty of good ideas there.

Rep Power: 100 | | | From reading your list of dishes a day, it seems to me you simply have TOO MUCH CALORIES in total, via not counting all the snacks and side meals. Pork ? Resort to apples.
Plus give bsd_tectors suggestion a try.

Rep Power: 160 | | | Given how restricted you are with your workouts the only way you will get a calorie defecit does seem to be changing your diet.
To lose weight you need a calorie defecit. To lose it quickly you need a significant calorie defecit. It is not healthy to repeatedly subject yourself to a dramatic calorie defecit. I've seen people pass out and keel over after skipping only two meals.
Assuming you know your body well enough, though, I've seen people who looked reasonably lean to start with drop 4 - 5 kg a week (I've done it myself) simply by cutting down their food intake without reducing their energy output. That's mostly expedition/event stuff but you could replicate the conditions by not going up to 5 meals a day but dropping to one or two.
Definitely - before you're measured consider a 12/18 hour fast and cutting back on the water.
Now I've said that I'll let sensible people tell you exactly what health risks you'd be running if you did it.

Rep Power: 100 | | | That means that you need to make sure you have the right supplements, which is outside of my expertise what you need there. Like drinking enough liquid, making sure to have enough minerals and vitamins, etc. Without using energy drinks that contain a huge amount of sugar, again.
However, IF someone is really overweight, he has the fat depots that allow the body to consume them. So, you are not suffering from a dramatic undersupply of calories for the metabolism, it just comes out of your depots instead of intake. You just sometimes need to support that. The body is MADE for being able to use such depots, the only problem is when people who AREN'T fat, even the slightest, try that. They don't have any depots so it goes straight to the muscles and other "depots" of resources, which unfortunately is brain and crucial tissue. If Mrs. Beckham tries to "cut down on weight", she will just die, but if you are considered way overweight, that should not be a problem.

Rep Power: 160 | | | IMO the stumbling block is how restricted the training is. We're just making suggestions round it. Most people with passable endurance need to exercise steadily (out of breath) for 90 min before they even touch their reserves...
Still, the vast majority of us "westerners", even the athletic ones, are waterlogged and chubby.
I feel uncomfortable about suggesting it because it isn't the greatest idea long term, and short term you need to cope with the vagueness, generally feeling low, etc. of unexpected drops in blood sugar but I guess you can always sue the army when you prove they drove you to passing out in PT.

Rep Power: 17 | | | I am not sure if anyone suggested this, but try swapping around your meals. Eat your supper for breakfast, sense it is the heavies meal of the day, you have all day to burn it off. Lunch stays as lunch and breakfast, being a liter meal become dinner, which is easier for your body to breakdown while sleeping. That and who doesn't like breakfast for dinner.

Rep Power: 41 | | With what I am currently eating I am averaging:
1430 cals/day
19 grams of fat/day
190 grams of carbs/day
91 grams of protiem/day
I removed Breads, Rice, and egg noodles (didint eat those much anyway) from my dietto get to that point. Still eat allow fruits for snacks. Eating home made chicken salads without dressing for lunch. Having chicken or fish with mixed vegtables for dinner. And Breakfast is usually 2 servings of cereal (normally some form of raisin bran). I drink 1 gallon of water a day.
My basal metabolic rate if I dont workout at all is around at a light activity level is 2233, and at a moderate activity level 2576. I got this information from Calories Per Day Calculator - Basal Metabolic Rate. Before anyone says it I really dont believe this is acurate but figure this as a guide. |

Rep Power: 100 | | Try the chicken salad with some vinegar and herbs, garlic, etc., but no chicken. Fruits are ok, unless they contain major amounts of sugar. If you do not feel a certain amount of hunger in the first days, there seems to be something odd with your diet. The meaning of a diet is to produce less intake than the bodies demand, so it takes the rest from the body fat. No undersupply, no loss of weight.
A colleague of mine who was ~140 kilos (330lb) went down to 108 (240lb) by eating mostly soups, and ONE small meal a day, in a few months. I'll ask him on his diet. Be prepared that it will HURT a bit, for someone who is used to eating much.
