Rep Power: 49 | | | Favorite Recipe Here is a question for everybody......what is your favorite food to make? It doesn't exactly have to be healthy, just whatever you like to make at home. It could be a meal your making for your date/girlfriend or it could be something that your making for yourself.
My favorite meal to fix for myself or a date is kung pow chicken. I take a pot of boling water and cook some sliced onions, celery, carrots, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers in the boiling water (for about 8 minutes). While that is boiling I take some bite size pieces of chicken and stir fry it in a wok with some wok oil. When the chicken is cooked through I then add the veggies along with some hoisen sauce and soy sauce (enough to coat all the food). I add a dash of hot chili oil for some zing and re-cook for about 2-3 minutes. I put this on a big platter and soprinkle with peanuts.

I just made some tonight for my in-laws who came over.
It has a ton of fat & calories so I only make it for special occasions, but man is it good.
