Rep Power: 0 | | | Favorite Chinese Meal I didn't really know where to put this question so I decided to ask it here in the "healthy eating & nutrition" section (even though the answer may not be a nutricious one). What is you favorite Chinese dish? And also how often do you eat Chinese food?
My favorite Chinese dish is kung pow chicken extra spicy and lots of peanuts. But for an appetizer I LOVE pot stickers. I have to have Chinese food at least 4 times a week. I think that I'm addicted to Chinese food. Is that possible? Someone please help me.......LOL. I think that I'm going to turn into a great big pot sticker. |

Or until you go to China & eat for 2 weeks away from major metro areas & understand how well the Chinese have adopted their food to our taste buds...
But... Hong Kong style is Hong Kong style... there or here. Nothing to complain about there!!!

Rep Power: 149 | | | Ah hah hah. So funny...
Mine (right now):
Salt & pepper fried squid
Sauteed string beans in spicy garlic sauce
Beef & black mushroom hot pot
Dry fried beef chow fun
Vietnamese -- always a good bowl of pho. Though right now I'm also into the oil-fried omelet.
And shabu shabu is pretty nice, too, but kind of pricey compared to the above.

Hmmmm... pho.... great on a cold day. I've kinda got the hot pot thing happening over pho though. More substantial... just what I need... (not).
Homespun fave of mine is from my sifu's wife (Taiwan) is fried tofu in soy sauce, bok choy & scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onion & greens. I've got my stepdaughters eating eggs & rice with me on the weekends for breakfast. I add kimchi to mine. They skip it.
