Its too bad because beer really seems like what I should drink when watching my football team. Wine just seems wrong with football somehow.

I'm also big on the margarita, not the frozen kind, Long Island Iced Teas, Cognac and 7 up, whiskey and water and Sake with jolly ranchers melted in it, which I can't remember the name of right now. Cheap vodka and koolaid too! | ” | |
I've actually flown into that airport when I was going to I think it was Germany. We stopped also one time in Iceland to refuel on the way to Austria. Iceland is an ugly place. From the air it looks like its all rock as far as you can see, and its cold. The duty free shops are nice. I think there is some duty free shops in Bangor isn't there?

Lol, duty free? Maine? Not a chance. This is one of the most tax hungry states that there is.
Now, there is no sales tax in our neighboring state of N.H. at all. There is also no liquor tax.
Manchester Air, out of N.H is not far from us, then you've got the Portland JetPort, and then we are the last. You may have been at Manchester air, and everything in Manchester is duty free.
My mother lives in Tenessee. A pack of her cigarettes are $2.00, up here with tobacco tax, the same cigarettes are $6.00.
A lot of people will actually drive to N.H and get booze in bulk preceeding a party. Not up here in Bangor, but where I used to live in southern Maine. There is a huge liquor store right on the border as a result.
Iceland sounds ugly. I've never been to Europe, though I have really always wanted to go to so many places in Europe.
My Dad's family is originally from Malmostead Sweden, I think it would be cool to see. |

Rep Power: 153 | | | Just wait 'til you're 21 ... you'll like Guinness in a whole different way.
Meantime, you can make good ol' Guinness stew: lamb or beef, veggies & potatoes stewed all day in the the stuff.

No, actually my favorite is just straight up tequila (cabo wabo tequila, about $50 for a fifth) with salt and lime but since we were asking mixed drinks I said White Russian.
