I feel ya, I'm lactose-intolerant. So I pay the price when I eat dairy.
It Sucks so much because I just love Cheese and chocolate.

Rep Power: 41 | | | I personally dont like dairy (or can afford to eat it in more than one way) to bother with the pills. But for Inu that may be a really good idea seeing as you like dairy. |

Not all diary... I can't eat anything that I can taste the Milk in like most berry ice cream, some yogurts, Non-sharp cheese, Milk chocolate, some cheese cakes, and real butter.
I can eat Sharp cheeses, Dark chocolate, Earth Balance, and small serving of Vanilla ice cream (depend on the brand), and I can eat mango peach Greek yogurt and key lime flavored yogurt and cheese cake (because the lime over powers the milk.)

It a part of the Kosher laws.
'Thou shall not boil a kid(goat) in it's mothers milk.' In other words
You shall not eat life-milk with death-meat
Here's a website that says all the eating kosher rules aka Kashrut. Judaism 101: Kashrut: Jewish Dietary Laws

Make steamed rice the normal way.
Take steamed rice and put in large skillet or wok with veg oil, stir to coat rice with oil.
Add 1 chopped onion & 1 bunch of chopped green onions.
Add about 5 or 6 good dashes of soil suace and stir in really good to give all the rice a brown color.
Let rice sit for about a minute to fry in the oil then stir and let sit another minute to fry in the oil.
Next add in about a teaspoon of yellow curry powder and stir into the rice good. Let cook in wok for another minute then transfer rice into a bowl to serve.
You may also use a little cumin to give the rice a little smoky flavor. Cumin is really good in this recipe. It combines well with the curry.
This is a good recipe if your tired of the regular fried rice. You can add different meats to it if you wish. It's best to cook the meat first and then put the meat aside to cook your rice. After cooking the rice you can add the meat back in to reheat it.

It is good. It goes good with steamed fish topped with ginger/soy sauce mixture and green onions (scallions) on top of the fish.
