Rep Power: 39 | | | My best hangover food is a falafel with chips from a place here called Anat. The secret, packed with lots of chili !

If you take mango slices and freeze them, they go real well sticking out the top of a sundae or other dessert.

Rep Power: 39 | | Have you guys ever eaten Peppadews ? Peppadew - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
We eat them a LOT here and they are fantastic ! My aunt made these really nice things. You make spicy Couscous and fill the halved Peppadews with it and garnish the top with fresh herbs. Simple and delicious.
If you can't get Peppadews, then I imagine it would also go nicely with some sweet/tangy pickled Peppers of some other kind.

Very simple meal, but very tasty. Was just messing around in the kitchen and people really liked it.
Take fresh baby Tomatoes ( how many depends on how hungry you are ) and cut them in half and place open side up, on an oven plate. Cut up cubes ( or however you want ) of Goat's Milk Feta and also place onto the oven plate. scatter/Drizzle some Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar over the Tomatoes and Feta. Don't drown them, just enough to lightly coat. Add Pepper and sprinkle some crushed dried herbs over everything. Sometimes I also add crushed garlic, but it's not essential.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. When the tomatoes' insides are swelled over the top, it often means they are ready.
Add tomatoes to a bowl and place the cheese on top. Garnish with Fresh Basil.
Yummy !

You mean Fahrenheit you can't set an oven on Celsius.

huh, I though the only used celius to measure heat in science, never for cooking or other things that are a minor heat.

Rep Power: 39 | | No wait. I checked it out. We do use all Celsius ovens here. There are no Fahrenheit ones here in SA. So I actually did mean 180 Celsius. No idea what that is in your oven.
