Okay you buy a brisket and potatoes
Put the brisket in a deep pan like a cake pan 2"tall.
put the brisket in the pan rub in a dash of salt&pepper then pour 1/4cup of wine over it. Then sprinkle some brown sugar on top about 1/4 a cup. Squirt a little lemon in to the brown sugar ten pour Veggie broth over the brisket this the side of the pan are an inch high with liquid.
Cut up potatoes in dices and fill in the side on the pan. add half a cup of chopped onions and sprinkle on the top .
Cook at Broil broil for 1hr 30 min-45 min. While it cooks make sure that it has some liquid in the pan to keep the meet nice and tender.
Then slice and eat.
goes good with some corn. make the corn before five minutes before the brisket finishes.
(Corn boil for 8 minutes drain add a tablespoon of margarine)
Then Enjoy a delicious meal even the most pickiest eaters enjoy. My brother is the same way with veggies. | ”
Sounds good, but um...whats a brisket?

I am really not much of a chef as I haven't had much experience with cooking, but I can follow a recipe! (i just learned how to make mashed potatoes last month) I just don't have the knowledge.
I have a child who is a really good eater, and a boyfriend who is not. He wants to start eating veggies but he mostly eats chicken or steak with the closest thing to veggies being french fries.
He really likes meat and I really like simple ingredients and not too long to make foods, that are tasty. We aren't able to keep a lot of stuff fresh in the house unless its frozen, we just don't cook much aside from meat (from frozen) and fries.
We need to start saving money and eating out less so I need to start cooking at home but I really have no knowledge of what/how to cook.
So I guess all I'm asking is if you could give some simple recipes for yummy healthy meals! | ”

I assumed it was from bovine, but your guess is as good as mine. The sauce was fantastic.
My husband accidentally ordered lung when we were in Buenos Aires. He thought "bofes" was some sort of beef stew. Well it sort of is a stew made of cow's lung. I ended up eating it because he was still green from his hangover. He picked away at the linguini and clams that I had ordered (which wasn't very appetizing to him either).
What's your best hangover food???
