This is a good low-cal desert that tastes pretty good.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Just take an apple and cut it up into slices or quarters
Put in bowl.
Add:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1-2 Tblspns Brown Sugar
Cinnamon to liking
mix until apples are well coated
put into oven safe bowl and put into oven for 20-30 minutes
Apples should be soft.
Spoon into cup or bowls
Makes a good dessert that is low in fat and tastes pretty good as well!!  |
