Have it with nuts in it, especially Almonds. Almonds and Oatmeal are both good for your cholesterol.

Oatmeal has always been my favorite grain, I always prefered oatmeal cookies!

Did you guys know what the definition of Oatmeal was in the first English dictionary

(paraphrasing) Oatmeal- What people eat in Scotland and horses eat in England.

Chocolate Banana Muffins

4 lg. egg whites
2 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 mashed banana
1 tsp. Vanilla
5 pkgs. Equal sugar substitute

Oven heated to 400 deg. Mix all the ingredients together. Coat a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into cups. Makes exactly 6 muffins. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for a couple minutes before turning out. Enjoy 2 for a meal. Great to bake ahead and freeze.

Great for snacks and you can make the batches and freeze them for later times.
