the cheese burger diet

ok, i see a lot of people eat very healthy. they put the high-octane or super boosted fuel in their body. Thats great. It shows discipline and care for your body.

Me, I enjoy a nice thick juicy cheeseburger. When we go out, i order fried chicken strips, and at Bennigans, nothing beats the Monte Cristo. Sure, I eat my fruits and vegitables too, but for the most part my diet is what is the best available.

Please tell me that some of you other serious martial artists do the same I would hate to have to change my diet to 'take it to the next level'.

I eat what I want. A cheesebuger has all the food groups(once you have ketchup on it, so there you go. A compact nutrious meal.

Pizza also is good when you are on the go. cold pizza is better because it doesn't drip on you and stuff.

LOL, stormy's gonna kill me....

Grain-Buns, Check
Meat-Beef, Check
Dairy-Cheese, not a fully serving but its something...Check
Vegetables-Tomato, Lettace, Onions...again not full servings but its something...Check
Fruits-You put fruit on your cheeseburger What a weirdo.
Fats, Oils, and Sweets-Oh yeah! Check!

Ketchup is not a vegetable BTW...public schools tried to get it to be considered as one...which is totally dumb.

On a side note for Berducci, I had a Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger for lunch.

The cheeseburger is like, one of the High Holy of Holies in the food kingdom. I try to include one in my diet at least once a month, even on my current diet. But I don't eat the fast food ones anymore, just make 'em myself.

Pizza, like salsa, everyone should have more of in their diet.

BTW have you heard about this school in New Hampshire that is serving burgers & hot dogs without the buns Effectively forcing all the students onto a low-carb diet while at school.

I've been on a Mexican diet for a while. Nothing but the hottest stuff for me.
Oh and italian cause it's basically all I know how to cook.
Hmmm, the ethnic diet, I could write a book, and be rich, and they could superimpose my face on some skinny chicks body for the cover........

Agreed, Leonard Nimoy is not the only one who needs more salsa.

I'm on the see-food diet. I see food then I eat it.

You know...every time I read something Wong Kiew Kit writes it is 100% gold.

Just a note, there if good and bad cholesterol. Exercising helps to increase the good kind too.
