Warrior Diet

Hi,
I just bought the book Warrior Diet. I was wondering if anyone on this board has used it, or is using it. I like its precepts of under eating during the day, and over eating during the night. I have done the 6 meals a day for years, but I have never liked eating all those meals.

What are your experiences with this Warrior Diet

Darn good one but u have to follow the diet to the every word...
otherwise u might end up loosing stamina..

Caution:
remember 1.5 gm of protein per pound of weight for body building and 1 gm for toning body funda...
Ori suggest even more than that, around 2 gm or more if I remember right...
u gotta understand that chapter otherwise might end up taking too much protein

It says you eat most of your meals at night. SO I guess the bulk of your protein would be at night

uh well, I wanted good diet plan to loose weight n increase muscle mass.
so I was looking into lots of things, then Come up with Ori's studies... most of his tips correlated to my habits so I was like ok... it's cool I should try that...

I changed ori's methods so that I can adapt fully...

One of the thing u should remember is... U can go for some protein shakes in the day depending on ur Activity. if u do MA for at least 1 hr... U need to get some protein.

seems like U didn't buy his book
it's kind a costly but it's good.

oh yea... u take bulk of ur protein in nights...
carbs is last... complex carbs are better than simple... read his stuff... he can explain better than me.. moreo ver if u buy his book he'll answer ur questions for free I suppose.

No, I bought his book. I am reading Naked Warrior right now. I haven't started his yet. I thought I would ask the board first what they thought of it. I wasn't to impressed with the success stories I heard, because there was very few of them.

If you hav any question better ask Ori before starting Diet, cuz he's giving totally different point of view from other diet methods.

You are supposed to eat Fruits/vegetables, that ensures detoxification, it's good...
when u follow that daily it detoxify u daily...

another thing u can do for detoxification is drink glass of water...
first before going to bed, another the second you wake up...

that's not so strange...
you'll find that in dozens of other diets....

just had another glance at it and you can eat during the day, but mostly like fruit and veggies right

and then at night you can "overeat" again starting with fruit and vegetables, then protein and then carbs

no, that depends on ur training, If you are doing hardcore training then you need proteins n stuff in the day too... if you live a lazy bum life then u can totally avoid it...

read the same stuff I send ya man... it answers lots of ur questions...
