What you see here is me explaining principles to some students. you cant see any 'methods of training' in this clip ....

Rep Power: 30 | | | I can't take video cams into my club. We train fairly aggressively, with one person throwing an attack and the other having to do their technique to counter. You can go as hard as you both want to go (In my case, it's about 80% punching, so I don't damage my wrists when I'm blocked). Hard when you're probably one of the leanest guys in there though, and you have guys who have 4/5st (25kg+) advantage over you throwing punches at you! |
