Try to only work it passive, meaning, you would do light work like curling the back slowly, and with no force, and then uncurling slowly, stretching a little into erect sitting position. Or simply sit there, legs wide opened, and breath deeply for a long time. Emotional blocks will result in emotional reactions when unblocking, don't force this, or underestimate. Usually, the normal slow moving work (called light body practice in Xing Yi if I remember correctly) should work on this too. | ” | |
last night we spoke about emtional blocks vs. physical blocks...how past issues can block you and the subsuquent emotions that take place...it is very interesting |
