yeh i have done this before.
Just make it like an arrow shot from a bow. Thats all there is too it
make the practice alive and 'free' try beng with opposite arm to leg, try doing beng with a toe kick, try beng with the shoulder the eldow the hip. Feel where your power is coming from, and make sure you are using good / correct body method.
Play with the power of beng chuan and make your practice alive and the principle correct.
