First Hsing I session with Alex

Hi All,

I had my first Hsing I Session with alex Kozma at the weekend.

I had studied a little before but not a huge amount.

Twas rather goot!!

we covered spinal wave power, Pi Chuan & Beng Chuan, monkey wrist and heavy elbow.

With a very sore pair of arms on sunday i appreciated the beating.

The guy is connected like no-one i have seen. I thought the ba gua i am learning from him was powerful - but jeez when he gets you to take a stance and lets a monkey style pi chuan out onto your lead arm to 'test your structure' you bloody know about it!!

Will be training Hsing I along with my Ba gua (and everything else) from now on!

regards
Chris

Hahahaha! Welcome to the club!

I have a friend who once did something like that...the force from the pi to the head broke the guys leg!

Bad san-ti posture. The resultant down force from the strike to the head cracked the knee to bend sideways rather than front/back. Hence busted leg.

The guy swore he'd come back...but we aint seen him yet :P
