Rep Power: 69 | | | Well, more than any other style Xing Yi forms are already nice little drills.
I would also add, spar against some folks with some training.
There aren't any secrets, just hard work.

Rep Power: 15 | | | I do alot of 2 person drills at full speed, Standind at first but with footwork later....always full contact
helps alot.
But I did alot of competition karate sparring before this so its really just using old skill with all this stuff I'm learning about energy and breathing and principle

Rep Power: 15 | | no, we do full contact drills, and 1 hit ends the drill for about 5 minutes...then it's back to work
but I just do that within my circle of Martial artists/friends because I've had a few bad experiences with techniques that i spent a long time on, but strangely didn't work when it came to full contact........
BTW, I can personally verify that everyone of the5 fists work....
