Rep Power: 100 | | Then start with san shou pao.
Try performing the form before every training session in order to switch your mind on to the fact that you are about to study martial arts. Also try always to end a session with the form as it will calm your mind and help absorb the lessons of the day. Taking a little time out to absorb yourself in quiet concentration will reduce stress caused by other areas of life. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Well ,I don't know too much about this art .I do know that Kapap in hebrew means "Face to face fighting" (Krav panim el panim) .
I think it's origin is around 1948 ,and it was used for training soldiers in the newly established Israeli army.
I think you'll be able to find more information on the net (there is an Israeli teacher in the USA - called Avi nardia , maybe you can look for information about him) | |
