How do you guys structure your sparring in class
Do you start off with random one-step sparring and then move on to a free-for-all, or do you just pad up and mix it up from the get-go
If you do one-step, are there particular things you work on
I ask because where I train we (myself and others) are now allowed to keep the school open for a little longer after training so we can pad up and go for it at a harder pace/more contact etc (not to everyone's taste in-class).
Am looking for ideas so we can get the most out of our extra hour of pain!
