Which one? Timing in film?
This is actually a made-up judo kata some people made, it's not an official Judo kata. |

First one was purely staged BS
Second was good and realistic
Third was interesting, but could have had more intent in it to make it look more realistic/effective.

Just watched it, that is awesome, he gives a good technical discussion about how and why to apply the moves he shows.
