my son got his yellow belt Kyokushin last night!!!!

after a very long exam (close to 2 hours), late at night (for such little ones) 9 kids of the Hardcore Gym (/ International Budokai Kan ) got their yellow belt, 2 orange and 1 green

my son was bleeding from his knuckles, but in true kyokushin spirit didn't give up

was strange as a parent to see

but I'm proud of what he did....

Heh, yeah...these TKD places in my area have a lot of little little kids as black belts. and on their uniform is a patch of Big Bird in a Gi with a black belt. It would be cute if it wasn't so infuriating.
