Good thing. If you did, you might be tempted to harm yourself.
And wouldn't that be a shame? |

Size wise, I blended in perfectly. The clothes and shoes were made for me.
Next month when I return to Kowloon with my Amazonian daughter, she will be noticed. She will not be able to find shoes either.
I've never felt safer, or more welcome in any country that I've visited. I could sit beside a fisherman on the docks and have a conversation, or with an old lady at a temple. The students at the University were very fun to be around. I spent a lot of time there. (Oh, sorry if I'm overgeneralizing again. You know how we Canadians are)
When I meet people and learn information from them, I just assume that it's probably true and don't mind passing it on to the group if it is pertinent. I guess that if it's not documented into several top tier journals, it's groundless and not worthy of mentioning, eh? I'll try to get live interviews and footage of my contacts from now on.
Oh, but they probably don't know what they're talking about either, right? They are just spewing nonsense and verbiage just to hear themselves prattle on. Kind of like I'm doing right now, EH? Oh, did I say "eh" again. Ya, we ignorant Canadians do that a lot. Oh, sorry, I just over generalized again.
(dislaimer: I've only been home for 34 hours and have had to work 16 of them already. Suffering jet lag and drinking Red Bull. Forgive me)

You should know by now that things you hear from experienced and knowlegable people are invalid in DL discussions. I keep meaning to start a thread about experience, its relevance, and alternative sources of knowlege but can't be bothered with the flaming I'd get
Unk seems to have appointed himself head of the DL inquisition against generalisation here. I guess the job as apostropher royal got dull. I can see him in the laundrette... "This looks very similar to the machines I've used to wash my clothes in the past, but I refuse to generalise. I will not risk my clothes in it until I have sat in the machine myself and proved it is, in fact, a washing machine"
There's a discussion here somewhere. When does a generalisation become a weakness? I would still get out of the area if I saw a group of guys who looked like Chimbus, and it's 15 years (on Feb 14) since that was likely. Racist? I don't think so, I know there are some saintly, peaceful Chimbus but I don't fancy getting killed as a way to find out this group is not made up of them...
