I thought it would be cool to see what other people's favorite strikes are, for the hands and the legs.
I'll start it off first.

Rep Power: 97 | | | The KMA don't have cool names fer stuff. We have things like middle finger knuckle strike or red belt punch number 2...
Though we do at time give things names to help remember them better. Exmple: Our white belt number one technique is basically a standing arm bar. We call it Tea Pot. White belt 2 is the same technique but from an aggressor who has pulled you in nose to nose. We call that Tea Pot with One Sugar, cause we do a finger tip strike to the throat. |
