We are looking at it being around, April. It will probably be back in Va. There are just a few legal issues to work out. she is from Israel and we need to see what needs to be done as far as immigration is concerned. Her pop lives on the East costs and his 2nd wife said she will get everything taken care of, but you know in-laws....  |

That is going to be a useful quality. The paperwork is a nightmare and the process literally takes years (in the best of cases).
Of course, for illegal immigrants it's a different story...

Just make sure to have your personal histories, financial details and future plans in order, as well as how you met and why you wish to get married. You'll need all of that to get the Marriage Visa from the US Embassy, after you get married you will need to apply for a Sorta Citizen Visa. Might have some questions to answer but as long as you have everything in order and fill in the forms correctly and honestly and answer any questions they ask you (if they even do) you'll be alright
