This is a legitimate question that I have been receiving mixed feedback on.
The following is some knowledge that inevitably lead to the following question:
1. A very sucessful Super Bowl Winning football team (unfortunitly I can't remember which) makes it a practice to go to strip clubs before big games, but the players are absolutely not allowed to have sex.
2. A very sucessful boxing trainer, he has had more than one golden glove student, tells all his students no sex before a match.
Now I also know that it is good to be relaxed when executing martial arts. Also, sex relaxes the entire body.
So my question is, before a tournament, should you not have sex, have sex, or does it not matter Successful sports people have said no in the past (maybe some have said yes I would like to know who) but logic and reason would dictate otherwise. Does anyone have any information on this

Anyway...I have also heard that sex makes you lose chi...(not sure if it's only for men or women as well) I'm sure aqira or somebody will have more of an answer/explanation for you! |

I personally haven't had sex in over a year but have noticed no noticable benefit in my training

Im sure that if you got my chi and jing, the gf wouldnt be too happy. Wooden Dummy or no, she'd whoop yo ass big style

Self gratification counts as sex. 
Beraducci, there are a lot of threads on this subject, especially in the Internal Forums. Try a quick search. In short as I understand it now, Chi is created from Jing and Jing is created in the Kidneys. When you actually ejaculate you lose your Jing. I think there's more too it, but that's all I got right now.
