Two questions for you,
1. Is it ok for buyers to use a PO box as delivery address or do you need a fix'd address?
2. This is from woman that has already purchased the products she rederences in her question,

I have some adhesions and trigger points in my right arm muscles as a result of working out and (over)doing Krav Maga. However, I don’t know which liniment to use when and how; could you help me?
