Haz, anytime you are up around our area, stop in and train with us. I'm roughly your size, right now I'm about 155-160, though.

Sounds good Lance, I'm cool with most weights.. up to 195. Seems once I go above that it gets really challenging.

Next time I'm up there I plan on dropping in on Team Praxis.
