Rep Power: 5 | | | Here's the thing....Fedor can probably out-strike Sylvia, but he can also take him down at will and submit him. The only way Sylvia could win this fight is if he got a shot in that stunned Fedor and then followed up with combinations to finish him. I've only seen Fedor rocked once, and he didn't fall, he got the clinch and ended up recovering and finishing the fight like 20 seconds later. |

Sylvia is no can, he was the former UFC HW champ
not a legendary one, hardly a great one....
Fedor is the Sem Schilt of MMA...

I think the only reason Sylvia has had any measure of success is his size and ...............his size.
I am not impressed with any of his skills. I thought Randy Couture had it right when he called him out on his attitude in fights.
Oh and the steroid bust didn't impress me either.

Sylvia was a walking sandbag with knee problems, no shape, no strength. He took the fight for the money, knew he would lose, and skipped training since it wouldn't help anyways.

I expected it to be a beat-down, but I was still amazed at how fast and thorough it was. I'm no Sylvia fan, but even the guys who have beaten him in the past didn't even come close to just tearing through him like that. Fedor rules.  |
