Rep Power: 100 | | A few of us have karate experience. I studied Go-ju for about 5 years and really enjoyed it! I'm now studying Wing Chun and find there are many similarities with the hard-soft style of karate. I always thought Shotokan very traditional and hard by comparison, although I met a number of very successful shotokan kareteka in competition who kicked my butt!! |
