I like Kung Fu.
I was training sanshou and chinese traditional Martial Arts.

Bye the way, what is the name of the exercise she is doing where she is sitting in what looks like a partial Eagle stance but she has her finger tips of her first 2 fingers placed on her knees???? What is this Chi Gong called???
