Rep Power: 59 | | | ....so i guess i'd say, as realistically as possible. I personally try to find people outside of our system to fight with, even though quite a few of us cross-train in other arts. Everything from mma to judo to wrestling to even karate point sparring, as well as weapons (firearms esp.) have all at one time or another been a part of my regimen. i think it is a good idea to try it all. Sparring is not fighting, so the more complete your experiences, i guess the better you will fare if you need to use your training.
