When it's still about that first video with the guys jumping intentionally on their behind to make the teacher look "good", that does not show ANYTHING about his "structure". Plus, his structure doesn't look too good, more like that of an old man. Not that an old man cannot still have a HUGE amount of internal strength even with his sceletal structure having a bit eroded. But that would a) look a bit different, and b) be not easy to tell without touching him yourself.

That is quite correct. A bunch of guys faking a reaction tells you nothing at all, which is why I delineated a bunch of possibilities with the only thing in common being the students faking it. Doing push hands with the old guy would be the final arbiter, yes.

My Sifu would tool my ass anyday but I bet you if we were to go for 3 five minute rounds under typical MMA rules I would most likely win simply due to cardio.

With all due respect, I think you vastly underrate the level of cardio training many MMA fighters go through.

But it could be he was talking about with his instructor instead of an MMA fighter

My Sifu who is an alcoholic and smokes 2-3 packs a day? In all seriousness he is the antithesis of a typical "CMA role model" for children lol.
