Adding a MMA curriculum to my traditional school.....

But sparring bareknuckle without helmet will make you sit there at work looking like after a bar fight all the time. So that is a NO for me, unless you avoid contact to head.

Ha ha! After a while, your co-workers get used to it, though.

And who said anything about it being every night can just be once a month thing you go bare knuckles.

We are a pretty hard sparring school and we don't even go bare knuckle. You can go full contact and still keep a modicum of safety.
