I'm with wingy on using angles and elbows/more of the same short, compact, strikes as well as the famous stomps to finish. What I've seen most of is WC guys just deflecting the punishment until the other guy was within WC range and ideally at an angle where they lost the centre line and then fast combinations of short strikes not that different to boxing but definitely WC. Obvious problems with that when it comes to dealing with guys effective at keeping range but we put a fair bit of time into dealing with that, particularly with kick boxers.
Biu Gee did bring in "different" stuff in that it introduced more circular movements kind of like hooks but it was more about rotational power and handing out a surprise to people who'd sussed the straight line thing.
