Rep Power: 45 | | | History channel Did anyone watch the show last night on the History channel about martial arts? These two guys were going around China learning different style and then they were going to fight someone in a match. They went to the Shaolin Temple and trained with the monks and the monks did some demonstration by being place on top of 4 spear tips without puncturing their bodies and then broke a piece of metal over his head. They were doing irom palm training and weapons stuff as well. It was pretty interesting. Then they went to a san dan camp to train.

Which show do you like better? Human Weapon or Fight Quest?

The guys on fight quest aren't such losers though.
Human weapon guys were fags all the way.

Rep Power: 45 | | | The San Da fighters on the show looked a lot like muey thai fighters right down to the shorts that they wore. A lot of the training looked like muey thai as well. I'm not to familiar with San Da, can someone tell me a little bit about it. Where did it originate? Training methods? Etc...? I didn't get to see the whole segment on the show that featured it.

Rep Power: 108 | | | As far as I can tell, San Da is exactly like the Lei Tai fighting done at the Koushou tournaments in Baltimore.

Rep Power: 40 | | | Fight Quest was better, because they take more punishment, and they both fight every show.
But out of the hosts , if I had to choose one of them to hang out with, it would be Bill Duff from Human Weapon.
And I think he did really well in the Sambo episode. He should train Sambo more.
