That CCTV5 "fights" are choreographed. I know a guy who was at the place when the two combattants "learned" which moves they should use and what they should and shouldn't do. They trained several weeks to get the show running like the producer told they should. This is chinese "American Gladiators", just with even less real contact (remember the football and rugby type games ).


On the original match, I would give the trainer of those some talking, unless they're really beginners with under a year contact practice. This kind of kid fight should occur in sparring on the first months, not in a tournament. You don't go windmilling your opponent to submission, and forget about defense, footwork, upper body movement, blocking, etc.
