On the original match, I would give the trainer of those some talking, unless they're really beginners with under a year contact practice. This kind of kid fight should occur in sparring on the first months, not in a tournament. You don't go windmilling your opponent to submission, and forget about defense, footwork, upper body movement, blocking, etc.
