I have heard of the "Iron" Styles of Qigong, but from what I've seen and heard that looks pale in comparison to these styles of legend.

the guy is supposed to be a MASTER of that style

which

in case you didnt get it from his title

implies he is a highly skilled practishoner of the style

now call me old fashoned

but

if a MASTER of a style cannot make it effective

it strongly sugeests to me

that it isnt effective

the main point to take from this post being

even the master of the style cant make it effective

It's amazing really. I mean how many people actually believe in this. We are all governed by the laws of physics. I guess you would think that the old man would have had enough common sense to realize that you can't stop a full force strike with air or Qi (Chi) alone.
