The usual CLF methods - blitzing, opening gates by force, slipping bridges. Mostly with chops (yum, yang, or whatever those canto guys call them). Or force something open with gwa choy, then follow up with sau, kum, kup, chop, or whatever. I almost use 10 seeds exclusively, I don't get hung up on overcomplex techniques or theories. I haven't had my practice with CLF Qinna or grabbling. I'm not very good at throwing people or takedowns, so I need to work on that. San Da rules will probably help a lot.
I like to hit the bags with just wraps or bareknuckle. I don't have any incentive to fight in the ring/cage I just want to improve my skills through hard contact and real training. Last time I got jumped I don't remember people wearing boxing gloves.
Also I really wanna learn some ground stuff. I'm a small guy so no matter how good my striking is, getting into a brawl with a 6'5" brick of a man is probably not a smart idea.
