Well, where capoeira shows over most other martial arts is if it's trained properly and you take a world view. Good capoeira teaches you to be aware of the consequences, aware of cheating and trickery in combat. Most martial arts (and a fair amount of capoeira schools) pay this little more than lip service.

Wushu and Capoeira are both exercise systems that require alot of dexterity of a young age and a healthy heart. They are both great for aerobics and were greatly restricted in the fighting arts by their respective governments losing many vital techniques; however, still very interesting and fun to engage. Either one is a great choice!
