Rep Power: 5 | | | Believing can be deceiving Well i did ask a question on that thread giving it a purpose.I did mean to violate any rules or anything. And I dont take interest in what exaclyI'll participate in that contest. If your suggesting that I dont take interest in martial arts then explain what I am doing here.

Rep Power: 16 | | | I think its just the fact that so many people have suddenly appeared on here just because of the lure of a free t-shirt!
If they were that interested in martial arts surely they would have found something on here that was worth having an opinion on

Rep Power: 100 | | Internal styles are typically soft, lots of forms and take longer to learn. They work on martialing and channeling your internal energy. External or hard styles appear more physical in nature.
Wing Chun (my style) is perportedly external though it is viewed as a soft style, though it actually has hard and soft elements.
Most external styles do contain internal elements if practised correctly.
An extreme example to illustrate the difference could be-
Koyokushin Karate Do- Hard, external
Taiji Chuan- Soft, internal.
