Rep Power: 100 | | | No, really Did you ever experience a time, maybe just a moment, where you really felt that the 'internal' stuff you were studying 'kicked in' and happened (in a specific physical manifestation - not 'I feel calm,' or the sort) the way you thought/were told it could during an actual, real-world, violent confrontation?

Rep Power: 221 | | | Yep, was sparring a dude and got just a light slap on his lungs, knocked the wind out of him, doubled him over and he started choking/coughing, lasted a good 2 hours, heard later that his lungs hurt for a few days.
That's when I found out just how effective Iron Palm could be when used correctly.

Yes, I have. One time when I was into it with this very big, very angry, very on something dude, I distinctly recall that there was a very "Buddha's Warrior Attendant Pounds Mortar" moment when he threw a straight right at my head. Felt very effortless there for just a moment. The rest of what happened was all quite 'external.'

Rep Power: 7 | | | I dont have one thats why I am interested in others. I've never felt no ''internal stuff'' except blinding anger. And I am still a begginer in KF so maybe it will come later. For now I am just interested in others experiences.

In answer, yes. One I remember occurred in April 2006 on a city bus. The driver was in meltdown, screaming at a rider. In this packed bus, two women got into a cursing match. They were both intent on a fistfight, but I wanted to break it up. As one charged the other, I, from a seated position, merely stuck out my arm and bounced her off, backwards. Her eyes bulged. I didn't challenge her, but asked if she really wanted to pursue that other fight. She quietly turned around and started to head back to her seat. But the one at the front of the bus unrelentingly provoked her verbally. By then, I had stood up. I didn't want to get sandwiched between these two nuts, and figured they were evenly matched. Heck with it. Cop came, and that was another story. I kept them both out of jail. We went our separate ways.

Rep Power: 7 | | | Are you a female yourself? Because if you are a man thats gonna be a different story.
And there was that ''internal stuff''?
