Rep Power: 6 | | | you seem to know. do you mean the regular moves, or some kind of body strengthening, or do you mean their jumps.

Rep Power: 111 | | | What is the literal translation of Qing Gong Simply jumping skills
If so, when practicing your Bagua make sure to use and stay in lower stances to build the leg strength up. Another benefit of lowering stances is this: You can always raise a lowered stance, but you can't lower a high stance unless you have the leg strength.

Rep Power: 100 | | | Qing gong is not high jumping skill from jump shoe training, or kill-your-body wushu training. If so, it would have been mentioned in history. Qing gong is light body, lightness, the opposite of heavy movements. It's a jing skill, and it comes with normal practice for free.

Rep Power: 6 | | | I read in Kung Fu: History, Philosophy, Technique, that one way is to dig a hole and jump out of it, and keep digging it deeper over the years and wear heavier clothes. Also there is a way of walking around a barrell with less and less water. It seems metaphorical to me but i dunno. I hear a lot about Cheng Ting Hua practicing that. Hey, what is jing skill

Rep Power: 111 | | No, it was the old Korean guy that could run on water. Remo didn't get that good.
