The reason I ask is that I was reading that new Nei Jai Quan book by Jess O'Brian Bruce Kumar who knows all three major internal arts claims inside that book that Neigong is like the alphabet of the internal arts. |

A good nei gong book is the XIng Yi Neigong. By Cartmell and Miller.

yeah i've got xing yi neigong by cartmell/miller also. great book. i would also recomend bruce frantzis book called 'opening the energy gates of your body' | |
