Does anyone know of any good Neigong books...

The reason I ask is that I was reading that new Nei Jai Quan book by Jess O'Brian Bruce Kumar who knows all three major internal arts claims inside that book that Neigong is like the alphabet of the internal arts.

Jesse's book is a good read.

A good nei gong book is the XIng Yi Neigong. By Cartmell and Miller.

Kumar's first book is the best extant for basic qigong IMO.
