Yes.
All real kung fu training should give this ability to people who stick with it and train properly.
Kung Fu Aerobics will not do it I do not think. I could be wrong.
Thanks ChiBeast...and yes, you understood...
Now, if you're comfortable, what kinds of energy variations are happening?
You can eMail me privately at Xingteacher1@yahoo.com
if you're comfortable that way. Thanks again.
Well... Here's the story. I was in class one night and everyone had left except 4 people. I was doing Chi Kung by myself on one side of the room. A standing meditation, eyes closed hands raised. Now Imagine you had a circle around you and you could only see things that were in the circle. I saw a person for about 2 seconds, there then gone like they had walked in a straight line through the edge of my circle.
The figure I had seen was just an outline of one of the guys in my class and he was a white figure, no features but moved the same and had the same structure and moved the same. So I stood there for a minute thinking "what the hell was that?" When it showed up again only this time behind and to my right a little. I could see he was trying to be sneaky and came up behind me a raised his right arm up over my head. His hand was in something close to a crows beak(the way the right hand goes in single whip) but I couldn't see anything he was holding. I know he wouldn't do anything to hurt me so I just stood there to see what would happen. He ended up putting a paper towel on my head. There was a second time they it happened with the same guy. I was doing a different meditation that time and I saw the same guy standing on the other side of the room. I was leading chi Kung at the time and stopped it. A few seconds later he whispered in my ear.
Now I'm not saying it happened because I do Tai Chi. In fact I'm not saying anything. To be honest I don't know what the hell was going on. And thats about it. I haven't practiced Chi Kung as much since (not because of that) and it hasn't happed since. Take from it what you will.
