Yi Jin Jing anyone?

Anyone out there doing Yi Jin Jing I was practising for about 8 months before and feel that this Qigong is very powerful in terms of effecting the health of my body. I had problems with my digestive systems and lower back pain for most of my life but this all when away for after only 2 months. The Yi Jin Jing I do is a static one although I have try the one from Shaolin Video that has movements. I do feel that I needed to do something else like tai chi so I also started learn Liu He Ba Fa, internal martial art. I have stop Yi Jin Jing recently but will pick it up again soon. I like to know if anyone like to share the experiences wiht me.

I do static Yi Jin Jings as well every morning. I've been doing so for allmost ten months now and the results are numerous. The one thing that sticks out the most though is muscle developement in my upper body and ankles.
