| I think more of that exercises of one season are necessary only in that period. I would guess that even in humans, there is some sort of metabolic adaption to cold periods and hot ones, resulting in different needs of the body and different "schedules" provided. I resist trying to explain it all in bits and pieces, because, either you trust the true methods of taoist or buddhist monks, or you don't. People ignore the tons of bad chemicals in their food which ARE proven by scientists, but for methods of that foreign people, they come along with "where's the scientifical prove ", where doing and feeling the results would be more than enough of a "prove". |
