What possible things can you do with chi? Like icy palm, iron palm, those things what else is there? |

Though from what I know, read and have expirenced, proper Chi/Ki/Qi balance/training is neccessary for Mind, Body and spirit to unify and work together as one to obtain optimal performance. Not just in Martial arts either, It applies to life in general.

Rep Power: 5 | | What about that Karate guy that does the no touch knock-out? For real, he was featured in some National Geographic Channel program. He used his "chi" to knock all of his students out...but COULD NOT knock out the one skeptic on the show

Rep Power: 21 | | There was a guy on here a while ago who believed that he could harden the shell of an egg useing his chi. I believe he put up videos with someone breaking the eggs and that person had more trouble with the egg he empowered but a lot of people here weren't convinced and the guy got major hell from a lot of people. I haven't seen that guy around since acually...
Try not to think in terms of "what can I do with chi" and just do the work. You may have some experiance that someone else won't believe is possible but at the time it happens to you you'll understand that it isn't anything magical or supernatural and you won't be resorting to parlor tricks. I hope so anyway.
