That sounds quite amazing, too good to be true!
Do you have witnesses/reports that will confirm that scooter story?

With Iron Shirt/Vest/Body/Arm you can condition the body to toughen it and to resist injury such as punches/kicks/smashes, and the truly great practitoners that practice 12 or more hours a day for years and years can break swords on their body instead of being impaled, but non have ever stopped a vehicle of any type/sort.
Your story is complete and total B.S., you should be ashamed of what you did to that girl, if you even did and didn't just make this B.S. story up because you were bored and thought people would be impressed.

I am not sure but i think i had what do you guys say, do you think it was because of my chi i was unhurt in that accident.
I atleast believe it exist and the power of it is unbelievable.

No, I think it was because your story is B.S.!

LOL
Mei Hua i said that later on I learnt about Iron body from sites like these.
During those days(there was no internet too in my city atleast) i did not know about iron body. You got me wrong. totally
I am surprised by your response I think you just skimmed through my comment.
I said that when i was 11 i have done the same conditioning you are talking about. Our karate sir would make one person hit the other person forearms with his shins. Standing up kick aimed at the face while the other person blocks it with his forearms. That and many other excercises like sleeping with shoulder and legs raised from the ground. He would make us do this uptill one hour then he would suddenly just run over our stomachs. We were all around 11 years to 16 years 4 of us.
I am surprised by our response because my friends think i am talking bull**** as now i am terribly out of shape but i know 4 guys who would agree ;-)
But you comment helped me

Yes if you read my comment properly i have stated that i used to break bricks on my head and too add more me and my friend both used break brick kick our knees against the wall and we used to stand only on our head while the other supported us very lightly by holding our feet. I used to hang calendars and poster all around my room because i would punch the wall and after a few month the plaster would all chip off and i would have to take a new place.
All this was inspired by old chinese movies. I have never taken training.
You comment proved that i have an irond body because i was doing that all the time.
Infact even now i can still punch a wall quite hard enough.

Well i am not going to take the trouble to prove it to you.
But i think your comment has helped me i did know about iron body or iron shirt but just my copying various training techniques like a mad man i had acheieved.
I am more confident that i will be able to achieve it again through systematic training. I never knew about tai chi and even though many movies used to show it we never practiced it because it was too boring.
We were only 16.
Now i think that the meditation which i used to do is what made gave me more strength that my friend who used to do the same work outs but he was not as strong as me and couldnt bear as much pain. Even though when we started he was more stronger than me.

Anyways i hope you next read the comments properly before flaming someone like this.
I am used to this kind of response that is why i am so cool

There are many other things my friends who know me from recently like i used to have 30 inch thighs and they never could believe that i used to do more that 500 pushups in a day(twice a day and in sets of 15-50 in different position like fist, finger etc-- i though i would mention the details before you flame me again) Because now i cannot take more than even 1 pushup. I weight 112 kgs.

Well i am here to learn and i am very much aware that nobody is going to pay me money or anything else if i proved to that "once upon a time" i was ... you know whatever.
I just posted the comment because from the time(years later i lost all my physical abilities due to smoking and even a short stint with drugs) I browsed the net and came across sites which spoke about tai chi and iron shirt, i always believed that i may have achieved it in those days and wanted to ask someone and confirm it so i get the inpiration to do it. If i have achieved it once then it should be easy even though i am totally out of shape at present.
After reading about it on the net i wanted to achieve it but i am just finding it so hard to lose weight forget about starting off tai-chi.
But i think it must have had.
Anyhow waiting for comments from less harsher members.
And is it possible for me to acheive it again. It has been 2and a half years since i have left smoking. I weight 102 kgs now. Leading a sedenatory lifestyle for more than 5 years except for the occasion attempt to loose weight which did not last for more than a month.

I read your whole post, you seem to miss the fact that I question the truth of it.
That's nice that you punched stuff and did kicks, but Iron Body is a slow process, and absolutely requires the use of Qi Gong to be developed properly, otherwise it isn't Iron Body, it's just tough skin.

I have trained Iron skills for many years under a skilled/qualified master, as well as others, and when I see things that are highly questionable and just don't sound true, and attempt to poorly mystify certain skills, darn right I will challenge such claims, they are often seen in MA forums by trolls.

I agree with Mei Hua. Quan i don't think you really understand what iron body training is. To do it properly it takes Qi Gong meditative practice as well as the physical trauma to the body. Hitting shins and forearms with a bunch a dudes is just.....well just hitting shins and forearms. Nothing more.

What kind of cigarettes to you smoke???? Maybe that's why you didn't feel your scooter accident

Just because i wrote everything in one paraghraph doesnt mean it all happened in one month.
The accident happened when i was 21 years old. If you read properly i have mentioned that i started hitting shins and forearms at 11 years.
I started meditated when i was 13 and continued for 4 years.
SO just like you said nkyshaolin i have both meditative and physical trauma and atleast 6 years of the combination of both. The rest 4 years i have done cycling 20kms a day and 1 km of swimming plus i used to go to the gym. I later on got bored of meditating because i did not have the time too.
But used to do it once in a while alteast once a week.
Both of you seem more impatient in scorning me rather that help. Well i might not blame you i might blame to the inumerable "trolls" that you say come up with BS.
Let me make one thing clear. I dont know you i have never seen face and i dont care if you believe me or no.
But dont be so harsh toward people. If i was just writing a story then maybe you could have been harsh.
I just wanted confirmation that i had achieved an iron body. After reading about iron body i myself have the judgemental capacity to recognize that i had it. I just thought that if some experienced on this board would just confirm it that would boost my confidence, so that i get some encouragement to start off again.
Like they say all 5 fingers of the hand are not the same.
The same i dont think all ppl on the board are the same.
I just thougth after reading so many posts i thought that this board members were all knowledgeable and supportive.
I based this after reading post from members like john100, FightingFat, Wingnut and many others i cannot remember(i am new) who are so well informed and never loose their cool or insult anyone even when arguing and with other members who have conflicting opinions. But i guess not everyone is like that.
And maybe it is my bad luck that instead of somebody experienced i had you two people(@##%$@) read my post first.
well i am done here.
The best part is you just keep answering my post throught your comments.
And you dont even know it.
Next time insult anyone or judge everybody based up your own personal capacities(physical or mental)

You don't have or have developed Iron Body skills if you haven't done the precise exercises/meditation/qi gong/breathing exercises designed to develope those types of skills.
If you did meditation/hitting things, that's all good, but unless you did Iron Body exercises/training under a qualified instructor, you've only developed tough skin, nothing more.
So if you do have those exercises, list them here or PM me for privacy and less chance of confusion/skorn, but you don't develop Iron Skills from the ways you've mentioned, it just doesn't happen...
Before I did Iron Training, I did much the same as you described, and after learning Iron Body, I realised that I'd had no clue and had done nothing other than toughen skin and injure my body very foolishly.

No, just some of us call it like it is, you know nothing while trying to pretend you do.
If you'd listen instead of continuing with your sharade, you'd learn and understand.
I can honestly say I know 100000 times more than you concerning the martial arts and the type of things this thread is about, if you'd be smart and listen and maybe ask some intelligent questions instead of making up some B.S claims like you did which are the common tools of the troll, you'd get a better reaction, but you don't you just keep up with the trollisms...

Yes maybe someone is suffereing from and inferior complex here.
I know what i did.
I know my body well. You have no right to simply accuse somebody of lying like that.
I know that what i was able to break with my hands. And what witnesses are you talking about. So if someone say something they have to provide photographic or videos for condescending ppl like you.

Just because you did the same things and developed tough skin and you say you injured yourself.
i have never injured myself till today. So if you couldnt do it no one can.
If you dont believe it stop commenting.
You are one of those ppl who immideatly get an inferiority complex when someone does something you cant and the only things that will help you sleep at night is by attacking the other person.

Let me tell you one thing over here. I did not want tell everybody here about my powress. I was mentioning about the training being copied from chinese martial art movies i have watched 100s. I have had these argument with friends who say all that training they show is BS. But i know that i have benifited from just copying martial art movies.
So if you had to go through so much of hardships to achieve what you are dont feel inferior that someone else can develop an iron body by just copying movies.
I was crazy about it and i think even will power also is a major role.

You comments only show sitting down over there (whereever you are) and dismissing my claim as tough skin just becuase that was what you achieved. Well i am sure you did not even have half the passions and i am sure you dont know how to meditate.
I think if i had said something lesser like oh i could only break bricks then you would accept it.
You are not the first person i am facing i am used to ppl like you. I dont tell anyone what i used to do becuase i do not remember because past is past.
But i just keep telling myself that just for self encouragment so that i can start off again. I would happy now just to have 50% of what i was.
If you dont believe it then shut the hell up and move on.
Why are you so much bothered makes me wonder(ah it helps you sleep at night)
